Welcome Letter...November 17, 2008

Hello everyone!

We hope this letter finds you well and looking forward to our next PRETSCH COUSINS' REUNION in beautiful Central Florida! The DATES for this special event are NOVMEMBER 6, 7, and 8th, 2009! Mark your calendars! Jeannie, Phyllis, Laurel (Jeannie's daughter) and I have been compiling and comparing data, looking at hotels, costs involved, convenience, location, location, location and decided upon the lovely BUENA VISTA SUITES!

The Buena Vista Suites are located at 8203 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821. The website is www.BuenaVistaSuites.com, the toll free number is 800-537-7737, local number is 407-238-6105. The fax number is 407-239-2395. As you will see from either the enclosed brochure or the website, the all-suite hotel has recently undergone renovations and boasts many amenities including a private bedroom, separate living room with sleeper-sofa, in-suite wired or wireless internet access, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Jeannie, Phyllis and I visited twice and each time were impressed with the courteous staff, cleanliness of the facility and spaciousness of the rooms.

Details: KING SUITES accommodate 4 guests with all the above for $99 per night (excluding tax, other fees).

QUEEN SUITES accommodate 6 guests with all the above for $89 per night (excluding tax, other fees).

A complimentary FULL AMERICAN BREAKFAST is served each morning!

Complimentary transportation to DISNEY THEME PARKS provided by the hotel.

Mears Transportation provides service between Orlando International Airport and the Buena Vista Suites for approximately $40 round trip.

REUNION BANQUET SITE IS ON PROPERTY. Cost for buffet dinner including taxes, gratuity approximately $50 per person. Children's menus are available.

The in-house Vista Bistro serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. Jeannie and I sampled the lunch menu and were impressed with the delicious food and ample portions!

Across the street are a gas station, medical facility, family restaurant, liquor store and more! Adjacent to the property at the sister hotel is fine dining at its best.

We would encourage everyone to book their rooms right after the holidays. When booking, please tell the reservation agent you are with the PRETSCH FAMILY REUNION.
